Fiesta Chicken Salad

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) jar Cheez Whiz
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 2 1⁄2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup sliced celery
• 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
• 1 (18 ounce) package round tortilla chips
• 2 cups lettuce, shredded
• 1⁄2 cup tomatoes, chopped

directions

1. Combine Cheez Whiz, mayonnaise and chili powder in bowl.
2. Add chicken, celery and onion, mixing well.
3. Chill until serving time.
4. Layer tortilla chips, lettuce, chicken salad and tomato on serving plates.
