- 198.44 g bottle roasted red peppers, drained
- 2 slice bacon, chopped, uncooked
- 236.59 ml onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 236.59 ml frozen peas, thawed
- 59.14 ml low sodium chicken broth
- 946.36 ml fettuccine, cooked-about 8 oz uncooked
- 29.58 ml parmesan cheese
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
directions
- Cut peppers into 1/4 inch wide strips.
- Cook bacon in large Dutch oven over med-high until crisp.
- Add onion and garlic; saute 1 minute
- Add bell peppers, peas, and broth; simmer 1 minute
- Stir in pasta, cheese, salt and pepper and heat pasta through.

I am a former retail management slave who is now a stay at home mom who absolutely loves her job.
