Favourite Bread Stuffing

"This is a never fail recipe for stuffing that the family has been using for years and years. Make sure you have a BIG bowl on handy because this makes a large portion"

• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 4 cups soft breadcrumbs (we put white bread in the blender until we have four cups of it)
• 1⁄3 cup fat (or vegetable oil)
• 1⁄4 cup onion, minced
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon sage
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon summer savory
• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

directions

1. Mix together all but fat.
2. Add fat and combine well.
