- cook black eyed peas as directed on bag, add carrots, celery, onion and chicken boullion to taste.

This made a lovely low cal soup for me this afternoon. I had it for lunch with 2 slices of white bread dipped in it. I added a cup of green peas as well to the ingredients mentioned. Instead of chicken bullion, I used 2 cubes of 'vegetable stock with onion' and boiled the kidney beans, carrots, celery and green peas in the same. It was lovely! 1 bowl of it and I'm set for the rest of the day! THANK U:)
