This is a soup I created from ingredients on hand.

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large heavy stock pot. Chop onions and garlic, and brown them in the oil. Chop and add bacon. Chop and add peppers, celery, carrots.
  2. Add milk and chicken broth.
  3. Bring to simmer.
  4. Add peas, halibut and salmon.
  5. Simmer for 20 mins or until the fish is cooked.
  6. Serve, with or without cheddar.
