  • Heat olive oil in a large heavy stock pot. Chop onions and garlic, and brown them in the oil. Chop and add bacon. Chop and add peppers, celery, carrots.
  • Add milk and chicken broth.
  • Bring to simmer.
  • Add peas, halibut and salmon.
  • Simmer for 20 mins or until the fish is cooked.
  • Serve, with or without cheddar.
