These are as good to look at as they are to eat. Super easy to make and delicious, the kind of bar that makes for a hit on the serving tray. I used the microwave to melt the ingredients and that worked well for me. Haven't had an Eat More bar but if that is what one tastes like - seems I have been missing out on a good thing!Thank you Dotty for another of your recipes that has been added to my favorites.

Easy, Easy, Easy! Thease are tasty little morsels. I reserved some chopped peanuts and sprinkled them over the top for presentation. I used rolled oats (not sure if that whas ment by oatmeal and I'm unaware what a Eat More Bar is) right or wrong they were fab! Thanks for sharing :)
