Shellbelle, thank you for a delicious low-fat meal that I served with hard rolls. I used 2 pints of the tomato juice I canned last year, 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables and fresh oregano leaves. Made for *Healthy Choices ABC Tag 2009* game
