I have NEVER made fudge before and last evening I made 4 batches with this recipe and they all came out fantastic! This recipe was so easy! Just be sure to follow it exactly. I made 4 different kinds, plain chocolate, chocolate toffee, chocolate peppermint, and peanut butter.

I can't believe I didn't rate this last year! I needed something extra for my gift baskets at work and found this recipe. It is easy, no-fuss! BUT I knew I could count on Kittencal for a tremendous recipe. I may just spend the next year cooking through all of Kittencal's recipes here on food.com!!!

If you try this, you will not be disappointed.
