- 8 ounces braunschweiger sausage (liver sausage)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
directions
- Use Braunschweiger and cream cheese at room temperature.
- Mix first four ingredients together and form a ball.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Cover with nuts and serve with crackers.
