I tried this recipe for thanksgiving. When i followed the recipe the yolk filling came out pretty bland for my taste, had to add some frenches mustard and some sirachi sauce to get a taste i liked. I'm sure its a fine recipe, just needed a little more kick for my taste, gave me a great platform to start from.

Been living in La-La Land since August 1999. Originally from the snow capital of the nation...yes, you guessed it: Buffalo, New York! On and off with work and all, but I did have first professional job at a PR firm in Beverly Hills.
Love to rollerblade, take nature hikes, & spend time with family, when I can! I only have one cookbook that's really old. AM Buffalo(local TV show) recipes. It has some neat ideas and creations. But I get some, if not most, of my recipes from family. They are all Italian so the lists are endless! Dino's Deviled Eggs are one of my favorite because they are easy to make, a crowd pleaeser and tasty as hell!
