This goes with Bed & Breakfast Scones and is also great to serve with trifle or other desserty things instead of straight whipped cream. Excellent poured over fruit salad too.
- Whip cream until soft peaks form; then add powdered sugar and whip to incorporate.
- Add sour cream and continue beating just until fluffy and well-combined.
Loved it! The only change I had to make was add in a bit more of whipped cream because DH wanted it a thicker consistency. Not too sweet - just perfect. Served it with your Bed & Breakfast Scones. Thank you, Debber! Made for PAC '07.
