James loves these. I just put a bunch of this and a little of that, and yes, I make more than 4, lol, but the recipe tells you about how much of each you put in.
- Cut hard boiled eggs in half.
- Take out yolks.
- Mash yolks with rest of ingredients except paprika garnish.
- Stuff the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika.

This was a good recipe, but the taste was a little more overpowering than I had hoped for. Not sure if it was the relish or something else.
Very flavorful. Deviled eggs are my 'go to' recipe for potlucks. Everyone loves them, they are easy to make ahead, easy to transport and for some unknown reason I'm the only one who brings them.
