  • Finley chop (I use a food processor) onion, green pepper and garlic.
  • Brown ground beef with onion, pepper and garlic in a large skillet.
  • Drain and add remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and bring to a low simmer for 10-20 minutes.
  • Enjoy on freshly baked buns or rolls with chips on the side.

I love to try new recipes on unsuspecting victims! I've listed some of my favorites but I could also list a menu of my great culinary disasters...ask my kids about 'Mexican Hot Chocolate' or 'Peanut Butter Meatloaf'! (What was I thinking?) That said, the recipes I have posted have passed the tests of family gatherings, pot luck dinners and even some candle lit dinners. Try them, tinker with them, have fun and enjoy!
