  • Mix ingredients in order.
  • Bake in 350 oven.
  • Bake 1 large loaf for 1 hour or 2 small loaf pans for 45 minutes.
  • Great with creamed cheese.

  1. I've used almost this exact recipe for over 40 years. It's the best banana bread I've ever made. Thank you for sharing it online as I have lost the page from my cookbook. Cardamom wasn't in my previous recipe but I'm going to try it and see if it makes it even better.
