Great dip for raw vegetables. Quick and easy to make for party. Just need time for the flavors to meld.

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Add more curry powder if desired.
  3. Chill at least 2 hours.
  4. Good with raw vegetables.

Quite a different sort of dip, but I enjoyed it. I used lowfat mayonnaise and it turned out fine. I think maybe I'll leave the pepper out next time.
