Wonderful! Lots of crunchies and curry flavor. I love apples in my salads. They add the perfect sweetness. I made this as written but added just a little extra mayonnaise (light, of course). I'll be using this recipe after Thanksgiving for some of my leftover turkey or ehen I have leftover chicken. Thanx!
