  1. Pound conch and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix with two garlic cloves, seasoned salt, 1 TBSP Maggi seasoning, and curry powder.
  3. Let stand.
  4. In medium saucepan, saute onions, celery, pepper, and remaining garlic in butter.
  5. Add bouillon cube, the remaining Maggi seasoning, Ketjap manis and tomato paste.
  6. Add water.
  7. Bring to a boil and add peeled and diced potatoes.
  8. Lower heat and simmer gently while preparing dumplings: Blend all dumpling ingredients together and drop by teaspoonful into hot mixture.
  9. Cook about 15 minutes or until dumplings are done.
  10. (make sure potatoes are tender too!) Add conch and cook about 5 more minutes.

maggy? Ketjap? are you from the Caribbean? I am from Aruba and i really enjoy your easy conch Recipe, the only thing missing is some chopped scotch bonnets!
