I changed this up a bit. I used cajun seasoning with a little cayenne as a light coating on the steaks. I used regular cream of chicken because my husband and daughter are not fans of mushrooms. In this soup I used half milk and half water, also adding italian seasoning to the mix, I poured this over the steaks. I sauteed some mushrooms on the stove in a little olive oil and salt and pepper to add to my individual portion. Served with Mustard greens and mashed potatoes and the gravy from the steaks. Man, this was DELICIOUS! Second time I've made it and husband and daughter rave. Thanks for a great comforting meal!
