- 1814.36 g chicken wings
- 59.14 ml soy sauce
- 59.14 ml sherry wine or 59.14 ml chicken broth
- 59.14 ml honey
- 14.79 ml hoisin sauce
- 14.79 ml orange juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red chile, minced
directions
- Place wings in a crock pot.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour over wings.
- Cover and cook on low 3 hours, or high 1 1/2 hours.
