- 1133.98-1587.57 g broiler-fryer chickens, cut up
- 1 small leek, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 44.37 ml chopped fresh parsley
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 2 (850.48 g) can white kidney beans, drained
- 226.79 g smoked sausage, cut in 1/2 inch slices
- 59.14 ml dry white wine
directions
- In crock pot, combine chicken, leek, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Top with beans and sausage.
- Add wine.
- Cover.
- Cook LOW 5-6 hours or until chicken is tender.
