  1. Boil pawpaw in skin, then cut into small pieces.
  2. deseed & finely chop peppers
  3. Finely chop onion & garlic.
  4. Mix all solid ingredients.
  5. Add vinegar & simmer mixture for approx 20 minutes.
  6. Cool , bottle in sterile jars.
