  1. I'm no health nut, but this tastes like sweet grease...reminiscent of a bad 1000 Island dressing. Thank goodness I tasted before I served, because I ended up just having to toss it. I think an easier "creamy" salsa is to mix equal parts sour cream and salsa. Sorry, this just didn't work at all.

I am a good ol' southern cooking, try anything, make anything, great-looking (LOL), Florida Realtor with no boundries when it comes to eating or cooking. I have been trying recipes on here and I guess it is only fair that I put a few of my own in the mix, as reluctant as I am about sharing my recipes.
