I used thick creme fraiche and 1 teaspoon of madras curry powder for a DEELISH dip/salad! LOVED this, but then I love cukes and curry! Made for Veg'N'Swap June 2010 and a keeper for me. FT:-) (Photos to be posted)

  1. DRESSING:.
  2. In small bowl, combine crème fraîche, yogurt, curry powder, and salt. Stir to mix well. Taste for seasoning.
  3. SALAD:.
  4. Place cucumbers in shallow bowl.
  5. Pour dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently to coat evenly.
  6. TIP: Toss salad just before serving, because cucumbers will give off a fair amount of liquid, even if they have already been salted and drained.
