  1. These were very good. We liked this recipe more than some of the others that we have tried that were similar. They were quick and easy also. Thanks for posting.

  2. We made this with crushed Chicken in a Biscuit crackers instead of corn flakes--- wow did the family love it!

  3. very good. after making these I started thinking about all the ways to change them like adding green onions or mixed veggies or even bacon. the ideas are endless. Thanks for a great recipe!!!

  4. We sure did have fun with the name! I used a cooked rotisserie chicken and it was fast and easy to do. My family loved it and I have added it my favorite recipes files. If you have a food processor it makes combining the ingredients a breeze. Great as leftover lunch time finger food-reheats well.

  5. Wonderful flavor and so easy to prepare! DH & kids all loved it as did I. I followed the recipe as written except that I left out the mushrooms. DH says put them in next time, but it's great without them. Thanks for another great one. I've tried a number of yur recipes and they have all been great so far - We seem to have similar tastes.

I live in central Idaho - home of pine trees and mountains. The photo is of my cat, Tommy. He adopted me when I moved into my current residence about 7 years ago. I work as office manager for a Real Estate company but spend my free time pouring thru recipes in search of something new and different. Baking has been my hobby since I was 9 years old and now as I rapidly approach 60, it's becoming an obsession! I have 3 married children and 13 grandchildren. My favorite cookbook is "Bach to the Kitchen" by the WA-ID Symphony league members. It is one of the best I've ever come across. I love to cook, eat, read, do crafts and spend time with my family. My pet peeve is people who can eat whatever they want and not gain weight!!! <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
