I made this exactly as directed. This really did taste like a creamsickle! I loved the fact that it was so easy to prepare! This was very moist and tasty! I took it to a party at work and one person ate three (3) pieces and a person that doesn't like sweets ate two pieces. I have already promised to give copies of the recipe to some of the bakers at work. The only problem I had was my fault. I thought that by using a drinking straw to poke holes, the jello would be distributed more uniformly. I had a problem pouring the jello into the little holes and then ended up using a wooden spoon anyway. Luckily no one noticed all of the holes in the cake. :) The cake turned out very nicely in the end - even with all the holes in it (the pudding mixture covered everything). Thank you so much for this recipe!

I love to cook, but don't have a lot of time to do it, since I work full time. I like to try a new recipe every Saturday, if time allows.
