  • 12 cup chopped celery
  • 12 teaspoon dried onion
  • 14 cup pimiento
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 13-12 cup milk
  • 5 ounces canned chicken or 5 ounces canned turkey or 1 cup diced cooked poultry
  • 1 cup cooked peas
  • 18 teaspoon sage

Directions

  1. Cook celery in butter until tender.
  2. Blend in other ingredients.
  3. Heat, stirring often.
  4. Serve over split cornbread, biscuits or toast.
  5. Makes 3 servings.
