Taken from my grandmother's handwritten spiral notebook of Weight Watchers recipes. Maybe from the 70s or 80s. I have not tried this recipe, but it sounds reasonably easy. Also nice that it just serves one.
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved
- 1 cup canned mushroom, chopped, save the liquid
- salt and pepper
- Put milk, bouillon, salt, pepper, any other desired seaonings, and half the mushroom juice in a blender and mix thoroughly.
- Add mushrooms.
- Heat and serve.
