Cream of Mushroom Soup

"Taken from my grandmother's handwritten spiral notebook of Weight Watchers recipes. Maybe from the 70s or 80s. I have not tried this recipe, but it sounds reasonably easy. Also nice that it just serves one."

  • Put milk, bouillon, salt, pepper, any other desired seaonings, and half the mushroom juice in a blender and mix thoroughly.
  • Add mushrooms.
  • Heat and serve.
