I love making this recipe in the summer because it so good and creamy, yet its still light and refreshing! I like to garnish mine with some ripe strawberries.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 9 inches graham cracker crust
- Mix the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla together until well blended.
- Pour it into the pie crust and allow to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
