Cream Cheese Mints

150 mints (roughly)
ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3 1⁄2 cups icing sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon mint extract
- food coloring
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
directions
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a bown, stirring till well mixed.
- Divide into 4 portions.
- Add in desired colouring, kneeding till desired colour is reached (add more icing sugar if dough is sticky).
- Repeat with remaining portions, using different colours.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and roll balls in sugar.
- Place ball on waxed paper and flatten with small glass, or fork.
- Chill in fridge.
- Store in artight container.
