Cream Cheese Mints

"These are a great after dinner mint. Very smooth and creamy. I tend to use different mint flavorings for these, such and wintergreen mint, peppermint and spearmint."

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a bown, stirring till well mixed.
  • Divide into 4 portions.
  • Add in desired colouring, kneeding till desired colour is reached (add more icing sugar if dough is sticky).
  • Repeat with remaining portions, using different colours.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls and roll balls in sugar.
  • Place ball on waxed paper and flatten with small glass, or fork.
  • Chill in fridge.
  • Store in artight container.
