- 1 lb cranberries, washed and picked through
- 1 medium orange, washed, halved and cut into slices
- 1⁄2 medium jalapeno, washed and seeded
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
directions
- Freeze the cranberries, orange slices and jalapeno.
- In a food processor, combine the frozen ingredients and pulse until everything is cut into small pieces.
- Transfer to a mixing bow. Stir in the sugar and Grand Marnier. Cover and chill for at least 24 hours. Can be made up to 5 days in advance.
