Cranberry Apple Crisp

- 3 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 cups apples, coarsely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F In a large bowl, combine cranberries, apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoons flour.
- Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- Spoon fruit mixture into a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, remaining flour, and rolled oats. Stir in margarine and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle topping over fruit mixture.
- Bake 40 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and apples are tender.
- TIP: Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
