  1. this was a very good salad, the cheese should definately be in. the dressing was not too over powerful or greasy (i did use fat free mayo) very easy and simple to make. its definately a keeper in my recipe colection.

  2. This was rated OK for our tastebuds.

  3. I want to give this five stars because it was wildly popular at a school luncheon this week, several people asked for the recipe, and I'm currently chilling a batch for tonight's dinner. I have to give it four stars because I had to use ingredients on hand, meaning I didn't get the true flavor of the posted recipe. I remained true to everything but the celery, bell peppers and milk. I added extra chili sauce, lime juice and worchestersire to give it more of a Cajun red sauce flavor. I also added diced jicama. Delicioso!

  4. This is just great! I used miracle whip to please husband and added to the dressing 1 tsp. creamy horseradish dressing and 1 tsp celery seed! It is really tasty. I served cold.

  5. I am not a big fan of seafood salads with a lot of mayonnaise based dressings, like the ones you see at the grocery deli... they just kind of look gross. But trying to come up with a cool menu to beat the heat I thought I would make this. I knew my family would like it, and to my surprize I did too. Thank you for posting and I'm sure I will be using this one again soon. R. Castle
