- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup sweet red pepper, minced
- 2 tablespoons celery, small dice
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
This is a great dip. I did add a second can of crab after tasting it with only one. But I really like crab... :)
