Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 14 cup green onion, sliced
  • 14 cup sweet red pepper, minced
  • 2 tablespoons celery, small dice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill.
  4. Serve with assorted crackers.

This is a great dip. I did add a second can of crab after tasting it with only one. But I really like crab... :)
