Cottage cheese is one of my favourite things to have any time of the day. I usually have it plain but I had this 'pudding' for breakfast today and it was sooo good! I used nonfat cottage cheese, only 1 tablespoon of sugar and the raisins. Made for my adopted chef for the Spring 2009 PAC. Thanks! -
Wrong, wrong ~ This recipe serves only one, & that's just fine with me! I like cottage cheese, & not usually sweet, so I cut the sugar back to 1 tablespoon, & since I also like raisins, I used a nicely rounded 1/4 cup! Simple, quick prep, & tasty! Wonderful! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's PAC]

I'm only 16 years old but come from a family big in cooking! I like things that aren't too too complicated, but are also pretty healthy as well (meaning I often find myself changing family recipes to suit my lifestyle). And dishes.. I hate doing dishes, arghh, lol.
Other than that I'm starting my own jewelery business in a couple weeks, and my 17th birthday is coming up in May! Yay! :D
