Sounds a little weird I know. But it's actually pretty good. Can used canned or fresh corn. Some people use creamed corn. I don't.

Your recipe does make for a nice tasting pudding, especially with all that corn in it! The only change I made was to add a small sprinkling of lemon pepper, but other than that . . . Very nice! Thanks for sharing it! [Made & reviewed in Newest Zaar Tag]

  1. Mix all together and put in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake @ 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
