Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix Corn, beans, tomatoes, onions, & cilantro in large bowl.
  2. In separate bowl mix garlic, sugar, vinegar oil, lime juice, salt, cumin & pepper.
  3. Approximately 1 hour before serving mix dressing with veggies and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla scoops.
  4. Veggies can be prepared the day before, just keep the onions seperate & the dressing separate.
