Hey Char though I am not a beginner I still made this dish and we throughly enjoyed it....So easy to put together...and tasty...I used more corn and less peas...that is 2 cups corn and 1 cup of peas...and just 1 spoon of butter...and WOW I can just go on eating this...loved it sooo much....So Thank U for posting this one.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Put the first five ingredients in a pan.
  2. Add water to barely cover these veggies.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with rotis(Indian flatbreads).
  6. Enjoy!
