I made this as a dip, (omitting the water) and for personal reasons just a small pinch of salt. It was delicious and so easy to prepare. Avocados are so delicate I just mashed with a fork and added the remaining ingredients, no processor or blender needed. Wonderful dip for veggies, crackers/chips and I even think chicken strips would be good dipped in it.
I love this dip/dressing. My kids love it as a dip and eat it with tortilla chips. It is versatile and I sometimes use basil instead of cilantro or both and sometimes I add extra water at the end so that it is a true dressing,(only at the end though or it will get lumpy). Thanks for this great recipe!
Thanks for sharing this recipe! I used it instead of guacamole on a WW Core Taco Salad. I had company over for dinner and everyone loved it... I didn't tell them they were eating something Weight Watchers Friendly :)
