  • For dressing, place the first seven ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until blended.
  • In a large bowl, combine the romaine, tomatoes, cheese, olives and onions. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the corn chips.

  1. I really enjoyed this salad. I used olive oil instead of salad oil. I needed to use a couple of tablespoons more of the olive oil to thin it a little bit. Delicious.

I'm an easy going person. I like to try lots of new things. It's to the point now where we almost never have the same thing twice unless it was really good (or really easy). In my opinion there is nothing better than making a margarita, popping in a movie, and baking.
