  • 3 eggs
  • 1 12 cups flavored coffee creamer (I prefer the vanilla and the holiday flavors best)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt

  • Whisk ingredients in a small bowl and prepare on a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.

  1. I had no milk and wanted pancakes i searched and found this. They are AMAZING. Mine came out like crepes. I drizzeled a bit of chocolate in the middle then rolled them up. They are fantastic!

  2. Its a bit watery (perfect for flap-jacks) and also If you are using a flavored creamer, remember they are typically sweetened so you will get sticky pancakes which make it harder to flip. I recommend only 1 cup of liquid (1/4 cup flavored and 1/4 whipping cream or coffee mate) or 1 cup of flavored if you would like it that sweet. But over-all quite good (similar to a Mc Donald's)

I am very new to this cooking thing, and to be honest I don't know how I made it through life without it! I never knew food preperation could be so much fun! Since I was a kid...which wasn't long ago, my sister was the one who could cook and bake and grill and all that jazz...I was the one who managed to destroy the kitchen and explode or deflate things! It wasn't until I left the nest that I was forced to stand before the range with wooden spoon in hand and say "I am hungry! Therefore I can do this!!!" So here I am, a cooking and baking fanatic! Piecing together my own recipes and no longer using my falling apart red plaid cook book shield! My co workers love it too, because they get to benefit a lot of the time from my most favorite experimnets in muffins and PA dutch cuisine! I am however still cookie chalanged! I am jinxed in the area of tollhouse pastry! the only one who dares to eat my cookies is my dad...after a good hour long soaking in a gallon of milk! God bless him! Atleast my muffins are still good! Yay for ugly cupcakes! If anyone has any cooking, baking or kitchening advice...I would love to hear it!!! :0)
