- 9.85 ml canola oil
- 14.79 ml thai yellow curry paste (using a different paste would change it up)
- 236.59 ml coconut cream
- 14.79 ml fish sauce
- 7.39 ml ginger, peeled and grated
- 236.59 ml coconut milk
- 4.92 ml sugar
- 2.46 ml salt
- 29.58 ml green chilies, seeded and chopped (canned or fresh)
- 22.18 ml basil, fresh chopped
directions
- Heat oil over medium high heat. Add paste and cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Stir in coconut cream. Add fish sauce, ginger, coconut milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in chiles and basil.
