- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- salt and pepper

- Mix all the ingredients together and chill.
