Cinnamon Swirl Bread

- Combined 1 1/2 cups of flour, undissolved yeast, 1 1/2 TBS sugar, and salt. Stir well.
- Stir in 3 TBS of soft Margarine.
- Add hot water all at once.
- Beat for 2 minutes. (If using an electric mixer remember to scrape sides of bowl occasionally).
- Add 1 cup of flour.
- Beat (at high speeds for mixer) until think and elastic(about 1 minute).
- Add enough flour(about 1 cup) to make a soft dough. (You will need a dough hook if you're using an electric mixer.
- Knead until elastic and smooth (about 5 minutes).
- Let rest of 5 minutes.
- Roll out to 1/2 inch think and as wide as your loaf pan.
- Spread 1/2 TBS margarine.
- Sprinkle evenly with 1 TBS sugar and Cinnamon.
- Roll to shape into a loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan seam down.
- Brush top of loaf with oil (or melted margarine) and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (can stay in fridge for as long as 48 hours).
- After removing loaf from fridge let rest for 20 minutes.
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
- Let cool slightly on a wire rock.
