- 3 bunch fresh curly-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 88.74 ml fresh garlic, minced
- 473.18 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 236.59 ml white vinegar
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, whisking to mix well.
- Let stand for 2 hours before using, to blend flavors.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
