ingredients
- 3 2⁄3 cups oat bran
- 1⁄3 cup flax seed
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup prune juice
- 1 cup egg white
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup applesauce
directions
- In a food processor mix oat bran & flax seed into a coarse flour.
- Mix dry ingredients & wet ingredients separately, then combine.
- Then I added
- 2-3 mashed bananas.
- 1 cup chopped carrots in food processor.
- 4 scoops of vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup of Blueberries, raisins, craisins, dates, or prunes.
- Pour into 24 muffin tins. Bake at 425 for 14-15 minutes.
