These are great with Hot chocolate because they are not too sweet.

My children love this recipe. They never stay around long. We've had to double it. It is very simple as my 9 year old makes them with very little assistance. Off to make another batch.
Eh, these weren't the best. They weren't terrible, but the flavor was a little off, the chocolate chips all sunk to the bottom, and they were very rubbery. I'm sorry, but I won't be making these again.
I made these with whole wheat pastry flour and white chocolate chips. I inadvertently left out the 1/4 tsp of oil, but that is such a tiny amount, it seemed to have no effect. I got 11 standard sized muffins (filled tins about 7/8 full). They were pretty moist and not too dense (not super moist and not light/fluffy). The texture reminds me of devil's food cake donuts. This recipe was so quick and easy, and with WW flour and 11 muffins, calories go down to 180 each and 2 grams of fiber. I liked the contrast of the white chocolate chips to the muffin cocoa. Will definitely make these again. I whipped them up tonight to use as a lunch snack for my daughter. Thanks for a good recipe!
