This was my first experience with chia seeds and it was very good. My kids liked it, too. I would definitely make this again. I did make a couple of general changes, such as using milk in place of almond milk and brown sugar in place of the artificial sweetener splenda. Next time I will use coconut sugar; I was just out of it at the moment. Due to using regular milk, I did not let it sit out at room temperature for 2 hours, but instead let it gel in the refrigerator. It took a little more than two hours to gel which may be due to the temperature? Thank you for a first good experience with chia seeds.
