  1. -Ina large skillet brown chop meat.
  2. -RemoveChop Meat and drain the grease from skillet.
  3. -Insame skillet sauté Onions.
  4. -Addthe cooked Chop Meat.
  5. -Addthe Can of Tomato.
  6. -Addthe can of Kidney Beans and Salt and Pepper.
  7. -Letsimmer until the juices are reduced (around 20 min).
  8. -Serveover Rice.

I added some chili powder- hubby likes it HOT! And I also put Rotel tomatoes instead of regular ones! It was great!
