Made this for dh when he was down with a cold - it was so easy and tasted so good. Even the leftovers were good reheated on the stove the next day. The only change I made was to use fresh parsley instead of dried. Thanks!

  1. In dutch oven, brown chicken in butter.
  2. Add broth, water, vegetables, and seasonings.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. For dumplings:.
  6. Beat egg whites and cottage cheese in mixing bowl.
  7. Add water and salt.
  8. Stir in the flour; mix well.
  9. Bring soup to a boil.
  10. Drop dumplings by TBS onto boiling soup.
  11. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 17 minutes.
