- 113.39 g can green chili peppers, diced
- 118.29 ml roasted red pepper (jar)
- 113.39 g sour cream
- 1.23 ml salt
- 0.61 ml pepper
- 0.61 ml cayenne pepper
- 236.59 ml monterey jack pepper cheese (grated)
- 453.59 g cooked chicken (shredded)
- 283.49 g can enchilada sauce
- 236.59 ml cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 15-20 crackers
directions
- Mix the first 9 ingredients.
- Spread on cracker and sprinkle with cheese.
